A number of agencies are available to talk with at The Knoll each month. If you want free advice, help or guidance, please contact the relevant organisation below.
SSAFA
SSAFA are available at the Knoll once a month, on the second Wednesday of the month between 10am and 3pm. Contact: Mark Trainor on 01472 278140 to arrange an appointment.
DWP – Department for Work and Pensions
DWP are available at the Knoll once a month, on the second Wednesday of the month between 10.30am and 3.30pm. Contact: Joyce Davis on 01472 622233 to arrange an appointment.
Legal Advice (drop in): Wilkin Chapman LLP
There is a drop in at The Knoll for legal advice provided by Wilkin Chapman on the first Monday of each month between 10am and 2pm.
RBL – Royal British Legion
RBL are available at The Knoll fortnightly (second and last Wednesday of the month) from 10am onwards. Contact: Mark Jackson on 0808 802 8080 to arrange an appointment.
Combat Stress
Combat Stress are available to talk to at the Knoll by appointment only. Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Phycologist each available once a month. Contact: Lizzie Degerdon 01952 822750.
Veterans Mental Health Transition, Intervention & Liaison Service
The Veterans Mental Health Transition, Intervention & Liaison Service is provided by the Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust and operates by referrals.
Armed Forces Careers Office (AFCO) visits
Royal Navy and Royal Air Force recruitment teams hold regular recruitment clinics in the Knoll for applicants to carry out relevant interviews and tests as part of the overall recruitment process and these teams are available to answer queries and questions by prior appointment arranged through the Lincoln careers office.
Royal Navy: visits are on the last Thursday of every month.
